The wave pattern doesn't appear to be complete in the TSE (oil influence??). TSE normally is in lock step with our market.

This could be a completed wave and may trace out 2 steps down before the rest of the market plays catchup.

I use a simplified version of wave counting that uses KISS, keep it simple & stupid. Try it, it works.
