Final top may not occur until as late as Sept. who knows but all the beauty of the bull and the bluster of the loose money and snorting and such can be squashed by a rise in interest rates. I'm sure some will say the Fed won't raise rates........ who cares. Are they raising them now? NO but yields are rising anyway. The market will dictate rates
