i am not familiar with this indicator, who are these guys? i assume that we treat this from a contrarian perspective?

I'm not sure how good a fade they are, since the poll is only a year or two old.
Still, I had thought those guys were pretty heavily Bearishly biased. Looks like I'm wrong.
