Its a real tricky one both in terms of price levesl and time.
It can go either way.
I still veer towards up but keepin an open mind.

Problem for da bears:
if it goes a bit more up,
the Bradley would have been to long,
the Dax will definetely be in new all time highs trend,
and so on...!

the bears are actually in best position for quite a while
rate cut is officially off the table (bond market has finally realized it), which means time is working for the bears
