..... has come to and end.

Bond futures broke down after the close.

Now, remember why did dow tank a few 100 points the other day. Higher yields = no more mortgages, home cash out refis and LBO's.

Blackstone IPO is just noise. Why does Blackstone's CEO, who was always opposed to being a public company, suddenly wants to go public ? So he and other shareholders could cash out before the tide turns ? Just a logical guess. And the tide looks to be turning. Watch the yields.

I'll keep updating this.. ZB should also hit the June 04 lows..but at this point.....I believe that will be a good low for a long time.

ZB's 2004 low was in May not June, I believe. And I would be delighted to buy it at that level. Sentiment in the bond market would lead you to believe that rates were at double-digit levels . . .

What you want to start looking at is the long-term bond chart, going back to 1980. You'll notice that the downtrend line in yields that began in 1982 has just been violated on the upside. This is huge and what's really amazing is the amount of complacency about it that now exists among traders whose near-term myopia blinds them to the larger and very serious picture.

I know I wouldn't be selling naked puts here on equity indices......a new high is possible on spx/oex...but from what I see, internals may not support another move.

These people are so greedy now that they are done with selling each other the inflated papers, they will sell their own inflated portfolio to the public and they will pay nothing in return for years, what a deal!
