Jim Shepard on radio/video at CBSMarketwatch is bearish. Said investors should simply be out of the market at this time. Indicators are expecting worse than '87. With no rebound like '87. Will be protracted.
Crash is imminent.
Issues: Yield rates to keep rising.
Substantial debt.
Substantial leveraging. $400 Trillion in notional value of unregulated OTC derivatives. $300 of the $400 trillion is tied to interest rates. Could get messy.
Blah, Blah, Blah.
Sounds convincing, but don't really buy into it. Yet, anyway. First guy I've seen recently to actually say he is outright bearish.

I don't think so. This conditions today don't look anything like those in 1987. I wonder what kind of model he is using?

Ever hear of Peter Schiff? How about Robert McHugh? There are many others who remain staunchly bearish.
