Hiker, I missed the chat but at the close Fib has me in the habit of checking out the daily ranges. Yesterday there were more than a few outside ranges preceded by a down day...."suggesting" a green close for today. Additionally @ 4PM, the index options players were getting less and less bearish (1.55 vs Tuesdays 2.87). And post late data.... dropped further to 1.01 as the final data was released.
