If you spend alot of time watching the tape and you have some good tools to help, you understand when price has reached a very short term top. The hard part as I see it, is to avoid the temptation of trading the wiggle, not because the very short term top is so hard to predict (in fact it's quite easy), but because the local minimum is illusive.
