It has to do with their data feed.

Monday, July 9th - 10:00am Thomson's changes to the datafeed are not working this morning. In fact, we are not getting any intraday bars from the datafeed at this time. Thomson is trying to determine what the problem is and get things fixes as soon as possible. Daily charts are working correctly however. Thank you for your patience. No one is more frustrated than we are at this moment.

:(

Watch, they will get that fixed then your internet provider will crash, then they will get that fixed and your computer will freeze up then you'll fix that and then....

It's always somethin'

Currently we are getting sporadic intraday bar data from our datafeed

I'm getting intraday TICK, TRIN, VIX but no price bars although the high, low, closing prices are shown above the chart.

If you look at their log, this problem started Monday, June 25th. It is TWO FULL Weeks.

"Watch, they will get that fixed then your internet provider will crash, then they will get that fixed and your computer will freeze up then you'll fix that and then...."

They are not me. They are collecting money from subscribers and it is their obligation to fix the problem. All of these sounds excuses to me. I have been tolerating them long enough. And worse, I have not seen any remedy to the service subscribers.

It seem like I remember them offering some credit extension in the past. They probably are waiting to get it all fixed before deciding what to do. Of course, we probably agreed to this in the agreement we signed. <_<
