If this is a breakout.....then I really like this second chart. I showed a chart yesterday of the NDX:SPX ratio maybe breaking out of a 5 year triangle and the OEX:SPX ratio......the second coming just might be here for tech...especially large cap tech......this would mean we could run from here similar to the move out of the late 1994 lows. .

...if I've been sounding like I'm sitting on the fence with two counts.....I am.....we could break fast and heavy in either direction from here.

.....I'm just searching for clues...and csco is one of them....let's see where we close on there this week.....could be BULL BAIT! lol
