Its the "Titanic" omen. We already had a couple Hindenburgs, now this one 
We hit the Iceberg, and though the ship is still above water, its starting leak badly.
Next thing , is when people realize that the LBO frenzy is over, and the cycle has peaked, they will rush to the lifeboats.
