The dollar is so dirt cheap I keep hearing..............booking up to go to Las Vegas for a trip. Amazing rate relative to sterling.

Yep, and pretty soon they will be buying houses, because they are cheap too. In fact the other currencies are so strong relative to ours, the barriers to entry are coming down.
Speaking of R.E. Things are booming here in my town... 2nd quarter yoy Sales (units) up 22%, Median price up 10%, Average price up 27%...
I guess the cheap dollar ain't all bad.

Remember all the headlines about foreigners buying up properties in Florida and Las Vegas in 2005.
They're getting crushed by declines in both the dollar and the asset.
In the last year, it was New York City.
