My indicators and short term cycle work suggests we see an attempt to bounce. I agree with NAV, a retest (perhaps a little lower retest by at least late next week is likely in my book) looks in the cards based on the weekly data. We should probably hold the upper 1400's on any bounce. The October target top looks to be in the 1590-1610 area based on the 5 year linear regression channel. My guess is the QQQQ out performs the SPX better than its usual 1.60 beta ratio going into the expected October top with a target of 56. Just my opinion for what its worth.
