just broke the 50 per cent level of the move down from 14.022 to about 13.132 for Dow
if the move down were to set a new low, i don't think we would see these big retracements
but as long as we keep closing under the 50 per cent level - app 2.605 for Nas Composite, there could be a chance of a new low during the coming weeks
