I wouldn 't worry about it, they'll be another short-lived pullback happening again soon. Might as well play them and skip the bigger moves.

Dood! Dood!! and yet another DOOOD!!! Youmast, I don't know what your plan is, but if you like what you bought and the area, you probably ought to consider buying a few more and hiring a fellow or lass to manage them as rental properties for you until the market firms. Or do some variety of lease to own financing for folks who can't get loans but who are decent risks. But then, I'm not real estate maven. Just ideating. Mark
