They led the decline, and now showing relative strength. Good stuff.

My thoughts exactly, RUT got smashed on this decline as the broader market sold off badly. Now it is showing amazing relative strength and if the leader to the downside is now reversing, the market shall follow suit.
Seems logical no?

Actually the Commercial Traders are beyond ridiculously, insanely long R2K contracts. My guess is these big fish saw this coming and are buying them back and liquidating some small caps into the rally.
