Drinking a beer in the a.m. to relieve a hangover offers temporary relief, but doesn't cure the disease. Likewise, liquidity infusions do nothing more than offer ST relief/stabilization, but the disease remains....perhaps a continuation of the mini-panic will provide the cure.....
