Those lows tested... 13041 DJIA 2491 Nasdaq. Not particularly bearish - except for the guy that thinks low volume rallies are bullish... :D

Disagree, Low volume= no panic....Low volume=little short covering and little buying......Look at the charts all IT down trends ends with massive volume (March this year)

Don't look now, but you are being setup. The Options Market Makers have this in hand here and are setting themselves up for a Pig Run Payday Friday... That CNBC story was a plant. And they have already started denying it... Federal operations normal per ex-broker in treasury dept.

Now look at it again, what happened when those high volume lows you are talking about were tested 3/14 on lighter volume ? We haven't seen those prices since...

On lighter volume it must test the high or low in question. On heavier volume, it is considered a test even if it doesn't break the high or low...today was lighter volume.
