Just after they declare bankruptcy maybe?

I think he brings up a good point, and although I know it's the side of the coin no one seems to be looking at, doesn't it seem that once all of the competition is wiped out--- that the last ones standing are going to make a killing?

Funny thing... if you do a Google for 'bankruptcy' and 'mortgage broker' you get a lot of results regarding lenders getting loans for customers who've had a bankruptcy. I think those results will change soon enough to reflect the lenders having the bankruptcy.
