This is a pretty extreme and persistent reading. This chart is as of Sunday at 5pm Eastern. I think that's a more legit reading than anything after Asia opened up (and up).
I view it as a Buy, though I also thought Friday's reading was close enough.

I'm still flat...wanting to get short..but I'm a little concerned with the vxo threatening to go to a sell on my hourly....I want to see if it confirms or not.
