15,000 by late 2007 early 2008. said great buying opp. money has no where else to go!
How about paying your mortgage first, which seems like a lot folks aren't able to do.

I have an idea for that
Just buy some cheap call options at the money, expiration date late 2007 early 2008 and pay your mortgage and oustanding debt
