When you use charts/indicators to trade vst, do you use "pre/post" data set up or regular trading session setup?
This is not my trading chart, but for posts.

I never use indicators for trading, but they help me to decide the direction.
I only use trends when I enter and exit
I never use pre-market and after hours data on the charts
