You really expecting another leg down on this market? We had a climactic low, breadth indicators were off the hook...unless we are heading into a bear market, that TL should hold.

that indicator works for SPX which is the proxy, I dont think we will see that low on SPX

Nasdaq and Russell2K different story, these indices can make lower lows, which was the exact case during the summer 2006 lows

spx bottomed on june 14 2006 when clx signaled it, nasdaq bottomed out in late august.

Then why are you shorting ES and not ER2? BTW, don't forget to look at DJR from time to time

that would be stunning to see it follow summer's pattern, market seldom operates like that. I just got my SPX target, anything lower and I would be concerned.
