Just called them, they are trying to get the trade server back up and running. (idiotic)

It's been down for the last hour or so. Thank god, i have another platform to trade.

TradeStation.com is temporarily unavailable
due to a maintenance update.

Maintenance updates in the middle of the trading day ? Don't these people have redundant servers ?

Really instills a lot of confidence it the system doesn't it? Fortunately it came back online long enough for me to cancel some orders.

This is unacceptable and they never do any kind of reimbursement for their mistakes. Its pathetic. I really want to short this market too...ugh.

Me too, Trouble is I'm not sure I want to trust they have it fixed if it does come back. What a joke.

Reimbursement ?? What about a missed trade ? :(

I can't remember the last time i had a problem with Interactive Brokers. But my strategies run on tradestation. I can't live with the Tradestation problems. I can't live without Tradestation either :)

oh exactly, but you cannot put a price on those.  WHat IFs dont work with these people.  But they should just be respectable enough to give us SOMETHING.  10 free traders for example, just as an apology.  Nav, what do you use?  P.S. GRRR - watching potential profits slip away. yuck.
