GOOG will likely get a nice boost.. but perhaps AAPL will take a dump, much in the way RIMM took a dump when iPhone was announced.

Its likely a good play going long GOOG/RIMM (as I think RIMM will make a deal with GOOG), going short AAPL. But as always there might be bigger factors in play..

Personally, I use an HTC device (Cingular 8525). Techies know it to be far superior to iPhone, and it came out a year ago. Next year's model will blow the iPhone to shreads. But I fully expect AAPL to fight back with some spiffier models as competition heats up.
