I just went long at 147675. Pretty iffy trade, but it looks like we broke an obvious 5' head and shoulders. Thus I think it's a fake out. Sentiment is OK. Volume is OK, but we don't have confirmation yet. We'll see. This is a half position. Mark

We have classic momentum failure on 30-min charts. My indicators says sell. For this market to move up, we would need "Failure of momentum failure" :D . Good luck with your trade.

Can we both be lucky? I'm just playing the counter intuitive play. If I don't see the right type of volume come in pretty soon, however, I'll snug my stop right up and let them take me out. Mark

gone at 148000. I didn't like the looks of things, until, after we're gone! I did get a much better execution than I could have hoped, however. Seriously, it was a mish-mash. I can buy them right back, or go short. There's still enough time today. Mark

I reentered my swing positoins in JPM, GS and C yesterday and added today. Also, take a look at NDAQ and NYX, the two stock exhanges. Their charts look ST explosive...and I'm long a little in anticipation. Have a smattering of other longs. I also have some deep ITM R2K puts that expire in Jan. I simply think the R2K will underperform the next rally which I suspect will be lead by large cap tech, energy and basic materials.

Out at breakeven. Seriously, i don't have any edge here - no momo, no volume. The 2:00 CIT did not generate any momo on either side. Could go either way at this point. Most likely they will clean the stops up and move down.

Well, that makes me feel better. :P Actually seeing almost the exact same thing. As I look at this, I'll buy a low volume pullback that works off the overbought condition. Maybe. It has to happen in the next 20 minutes, though. Mark
