I have not been posting my VST futures trades on this board for a few weeks now. I will restart posting them on my blog here at TT.

http://www.traders-t...?...g&blogid=11

There are different timeframe traders on this board, mostly higher timeframes traders. My constant "manic" zipping in and out maybe a source of confusion or plain noisy to higher timeframe traders. Unfortunately that's the nature of leveraged trading. One guy even went to the extent of saying, fines should be imposed on VST trading. Another even called me an unproductive individual, watching the tape all day. That apart, explaining myself on every small daytrade can be demanding and distracting during the trading hours.

I will continue to post my market thoughts on the FF board, but will post my VST trades only in the quiet of my blog.

Nav, You'll want to make your posting visible. It's currently in draft mode. Roger, mss, and I like reading it though! I'll offer that anyone who has a problem with your day trading a) doesn't understand the economics of markets, and B) is probably just jealous, and probably c) doesn't really belong on a TRADING board. Time frame is EVERYTHING and should be considered before anyone throws out criticism of one's personal take on the market or painting one bullish or bearish. Nav is doing the right thing.

I bet many folks wouldn't mind a heads up when he posts a trade. BTW, I do understand how a less observant reader could get frustrated. "I thought you were Bullish, but here you are short! I'm shorting too! Wait, you covered and are going long?!?!?! Arrrr!" The problem lies in not grasping the import of time frame and perhaps not doing enough of one's own homework. Mark

:) Part of the problem is some of us do both. I seldom VST trade or even day trade, but after that from two days to a year. All depends on what the objective is/was. mss
