this could be a bad weekend and week ahead for oil bears. for one thing, the dollar might start that cascade below 80 on the inclusive index. for another, there is something brewing in the gulf. accuweather is my best source for these matters. i heard it first there; you might be hearing it first here.

go to the site, if you wish, and read their comments and follow them over time. i have learned to listen to these people when they hint. the problem with a gulf system now is that the water is so very very warm and has not been churned and cooled this year by a hurricane. remember, felix working to the south, went from a cat2 to a cat5 in NINE hours !
