Wondering what the thoughts are? I was looking at 1420- 1430 area but there are some TL at 1440 as well...

Well, I don't follow SPX intraday for volume reasons, but if 1440 was your pivot and it was broken, then I would look for a test at a minimum and probably a follow through to the next pivot down. I show 1434 as the next support pivot. I don't have any volume output intraday on SPX to confirm this though...

OK,... Thanks... Let me ask your thoughts on what you do chart then? You were tempted to play a long bounce yourself earlier, No? You had thoughts of a run at 2590's

Yes was in and out of SMH calls earlier for a small profit. I track the Nasdaq, mostly. Right here we are dealing with 2557 fib cluster pivot... if we break 2561 we'll probably make another high today, I think it's more likely though that we're going down from here I have targeted 2509-11 area.

their admin answers emails...it is not proper for me to direct you. in the subject heading of your email to them, mention: TECHX updates and Technical Take ask them what sections contain these...the second one should be obvious as a pop up name in their 5 menus as a platinum sub

If this continues to play out like 2006 we should be ready to go any time:

If the SPX does start moving up tomorrow, then today might end up looking like the bottom of stair step #2 a few months from now. Simply an observation. M

For what it's worth, I believe the trend is down and going against the trend is suicide. We could hit the 1400 SPX area very soon and maybe more. Tues should be a big down day.

Blessings,
