CL is going to be the most important chart for the financial markets on the globe for the next decade. I keep saying CL output peaked in late summer 2006. IMO CL trades above 100 in the coming 12 months--maybe faster. Peak oil is a provable fact IMO and there is plenty of evidence validate we are peaking right now. The problem is demand from emerging markets is growing rapidly and US demand is not declining. If I'm an investor stocks like NXY, CNQ, HES and MUR are no-brainers for blue chip stocks. They're cheap and they are growing production which is a rarity in the large cap energy sector. For speculative plays it's GST, BQI, GPOR and BZP. I am long all of these and several more and have been for a while. I will trim back on a new high in the OSX cause I'm pretty loaded the energy sector now. I won't trim my NXY, GST, GPOR and CNQ though.
