This is typical. These great ideas always take more energy than they yield. So you can burn massive amounts of fossil fuels to create clean energy! Doesn't achieve the goal of eliminating the use of dirty fossel fuels.
In the end we retain from our studies only that which we practically apply.

very true..and talk about an environmental disaster in the making..burning water



Whether we use solar cells in all the windows in all our buildings (the Sun gives off more energy than we could ever use - just have to mobilize to capture it) or Nuclear to generate electricity, the releasing of hydrogen from water is ideal because once you burn it it turns back into water again and gives off no pollution or next to none. The hydrogen economy is the future.

As long as we refuse to support nuclear power in this nation I think the Hydrogen Economy will remain the "power of the future".

On the other hand, it seems that about 60% of us think that higher taxes will solve global warming.
In the end we retain from our studies only that which we practically apply.
