But the COMP still has 25 points to go
More lows than highs in the COMP. After this long of a rally, what is up with that?

Compx A/D was horrible for years. It hit new multi year low just a few days ago. And ComPX still doubled in price since 2003 lows.

You're right compx A/D had been trending down for several years.

It has been heading down since its inception. It is the secondary market with many "field of dreams" companies, many of which drift down and finally disappear... Chart:
