Maybe it's just me, but could swear I've seen this particular poster's subtle antagonism on many other threads, executed exactly the way it was on mine. Perhaps it makes the self-adulation shine brighter. And the barbed slights are all done with such skill that the ref's never call it.
Now that I've said it, I feel much more civil. Do what you will with this thread, I'm all done with it now.

[/URL]I think that 1998 chart needs to be amended and clarified a bit.
First of all there were 3 FED rate cuts in 1998 in the span of 3 months(Sept-Nov.) When the Fed cut for the first on 9/29/98, the market liked it so much that it dumped 600pts, or 7% in three days. When the FED cut rates again for the final time in 1998, the market was so enthused that it declined -24pts.I have to conclude that 1998 chart has absolutely no relation to 2007.
TS does great TA work, but, no one is infallible.
