It's called the "wall of worry". It what bull markets climb and this is one amazingly powerful bull market :redbull:

The TED spread is elevated because we are in a credit crunch.

Essentially the rate cut did nothing more than allow banks access to the same rates they were borrowing at before the spreads widened. If Treasuries also pop higher in yield we'll see some huge problems develop. IMO higher yields is the only catalyst for meltdown.
