Market making new highs, $NYHGH, $NYAD, $NYUPV, etc. not confirming, so top picking is in full bloom with $CPCE rising today. These early shorts get sacrificed on the short covering alter of higher prices. Technicals can't kill this wicked witch of the west, it will also take some bad news water to cool it down.
