No, Vitas is not very popular. Lots of Russians make jokes on him.

This guy is supposed to be the best voice among Russian pop singers.

LOL I didn't like the first one either. And the hip hop wasn't my favorite. I really did like this one - G.Sukachev \ Napoi menya vodoi - you posted. My favorite you posted was - Didula-Arabica. And everyone loves we will rock you!!! Sad about Vitas not being popular. I find him remarkable but can understand why he could be annoying. There are only two or three of his songs I've downloaded. His voice was such a surprise the first time I heard him. Thanks for the links.
