Ok thanks guys, I need to do some more reading about why the real low is not the cycle low.

russ, if you not kidding with that statement, study the Hurst course. it's the only method of cyclic analysis i've ever seen that deals with how fundamentals can and do effect price action and can mask the cyclic activity.

a quick note to anyone studying the course or applying the methods to market indexes, as a general guide it looks like fld offsets should be increased by a day. 2.5 wk - 7 bars, 5 wk - 13 bars, 10 wk - 26 bars.
