Saw this yesterday and thought it was really amusing (no judgement on your position):
Analyst Note 10-15-07 | Morningstar Analysts
"We were also pleased to hear that a federal judge in
California granted Broadcom a windfall of more than $8.5
million in legal cost compensation. The judge determined
that lawyers from two Silicon Valley law firms
representing Qualcomm in its patent dispute engaged in
"exceptional misconduct" in failing to present roughly
200,000 pages of evidence that would have weakened
Qualcomm's case. Upon reviewing the documents in
question, the judge found that Qualcomm engineers had
blatantly lied under oath when giving testimony and
blamed Qualcomm's external council for failing to properly
advise its client."

could be. their CDMA intellectual property is major, and every recent blackberry I've ever seen has their ******** in it, and we know RIMs been no slouch in the sales dept of late.
