The Texas State Library and Archives Commission spent 18 months canvassing more than 170 agencies and state colleges and universities to determine how many reports they are writing, according to the Associated Press.
The Library and Archives Commission then issued a 668-page report.
The report’s conclusion: state agencies issue too many reports.
