Got stopped out on longs for some beer money this morning. Need to wait for some sort of clarity before i go long or short again.
Beer money is good money
The future is 90% present and 10% vision.

Knock knock
j/k
LOL, it was like a knock on my head. Stay tuned for the next knock knock call. If it weren't for these surprises, why would we call it markets. It would be too easy otherwise.

Yeah, I thought I heard someone say, "McFly!"
I was not at all surprised by the early pullback. I was preparing to buy, but suddenly it got much bigger than planned so I decided that I'd have another cuppa joe and see if anything positive developed.
Not much...but I still think it early to get too Beared up.

It hurts to see 20 points profits on leveraged position evaporate. I am only glad that i took profits on half the position yesterday.
No swing sell signal yet. Looks more like a shakeout to me.

no curbs..just a reminder....unless that hasn't kicked in yet...but I was under the impression curbs have been lifted?
Circuit Breakers and Trading Collars still exist.
I think what you were refering to was:
"The New York Stock Exchange said it would no longer impose curbs on computer-program trading...
The exchange would stop prohibiting brokerage houses from entering some program trades when the NYSE composite index rises or falls more than 2 percent...
The curbs applied only to some index arbitrage trades on stocks in the Standard & Poor's 500-stock index executed at the Big Board. Brokerage firms were not barred from turning to rival exchanges to complete those trades."

By the way nice call on the NDX!
Unfortunately, I did not follow your trade, but your chart scared me out of a trading long before the drop.
Thanks for posting your charts.
