Anyway, the future is going to rely on home-based businesses. People are going to sit in their homes in India or beaches in Brazil or wherever, and send each others ads, videos and mails through Google. In spare times, they will trade futures to make a living. All shopping will be done online through Amazon or Baidu. We won't need shopping malls or hotels any more. REITs will be gone, just like newspapers did.
