Folks, VDSI has pulled back nicely to its .50 retrace at $25 from June '06 low to Oct '07 high. It currently sits on its 200 daily sma at 24.38......... Anyone have an opinion on this one? Apparently guidance was less that spectacular and they wacked it.

I don't follow the company, but anything with less then spectacular guidance is dead money in this market, IMO.
Unless you know the company well, they have good cash flow and you think their LT prospects are good, then you may take the chance.
Otherwise this is a very unforgiving market that keeps crowding into shrinking group of stocks.
