Trading these fast market conditions, you almost have to do it without respect to time. There are a lot of styles short term, long term, mid term etc.
But in this FAST MARKET... you need to forget the time, and concentrate on PRICE. These things are moving at lightning speed, and if you miss your target, it's going to be gone onto the next retracement...
So PRICE is EVERYTHING here...
I have friends hung up about this, preferring only to trade x timeframe who are sitting out the volatility.
Consider this... DJIA has had 1000 pts of volatility here -777 and + 300 in a short period of time..

I see December ES 1160 is an ST resistance on the 60 min. If it fail there look for ES 1130 quickly.OK, NYA and DJIA new highs on day here...
SPX/NAS should follow through now...
