This market is setting up for a crash. It will need a trigger and currentlly there are at least two black swans dancing around that can trigger a 1987 style crash: 1. the tax cut bill may fail to pass in the congress; 2. A nuclear war breaks out between NK and USA; and 3. let's just stop here.....................

It's taxes cuts....not going to happen. The boyz aren't stupid...they know this but use the tax "noise" to set up.

I think RUT has another 100 points upside to go, at least short term. TF hourly MACD setting up another 20 points very soon.

Exactly the probability to fail in the congress is high.

markets dont crash from highs. Even in '87 which I traded, the market came off of its high, then tried to bounce, then failed. You are generally too bearish redf. The other item that is big is that the robots control the game most days now, 0 vol, 0 day trading for most. When we do drop, the excuse this time will probably be the robots and HFT's having to all sell at once.
