All about the signals ...
For me, I have a signal for Nasdaq to retest the last all time high, so that makes holding short inappropriate risk, so I'm staring at all cash in my account...
I think we're going to test that 2385 area, there's no reason to go much further, but at this time it's going to be "whatever they can get away with..."

hanging in with 50% long. could even increase on pullback from opening highs today. market may need to back and fill for a few days, but if you are a bear, i doubt you have that luxury of waiting and watching. spx dropped back to 2372; added 5% via qld, NAZ100 2x etf. other 50% is in SSO, 2x SPX.

I'd like to see that 2386 test first and get it out of the way.

Don't see much reason to lighten up here; Tuesday could be a back and fill day, so would be surprised to see much upside on Tuesday, but feel there is some left. Just don't know if we are in a new impulse move up or if this is just bouncing around at bollinger bands, etc. showing decent profits from last week and this week, but want to get all I can out of this run. no doubt we are going to be running into resistance now so we will see what the market has in the tank.

ditto for now on my prior post. markets do actually trend higher sometimes. let's give this move enough time to get to overbought, which may take us well into the merry month of May. i will not be adding more today to my 65%.
