Russell 2000 has now clearly broken last weeks lows.

S&P tested last weeks lows and so far it has held. S&P has been surprising weak and sharp drop this morning.

the logical path from here would be a small rally up to 2962 and then drop and break that support. What that means
longer term if it does happen? I'm not sure. Do we drop to my neckline target and then rally strongly to news
highs as some suggest? I have no crystal ball.

evidently the S&P could not even muster that much of a rally. Further weakness in everything. Russell 2000 has
broken the 200 day Moving avg decisively.

really glad I shorted IWM and made the best entry on that one too. SMH is starting to break my original support/
resistance line. IF, if, it can go down and test that below 117 support line of previous lows it could really break
lower. we'll see.

so you want to tell me about breadth and sentiment?  Look at what happens when breadth makes highs. You think that means people are negative? No, they are overly bullish. Signals tops at least in this situation.  I can't give you all my secrets. I've told you alot already. sorry trading is a competitive game.
