Short SLV at close. I don't believe its an impulse, wave 4 overlaps with wave 1.

Wave 4 overlap ? can you describe where you are seeingn that?

 

 

 

This is a typical Elliott count of the current advance held by many professionals. This view stipulates that we finished a-b-c correction and the market is undergoing strong impulse up. This is supported by strong price action and intermarket prices of instruments that are inversely correlated to precious metals.

 

But, this is questionable when one looks at gold: gold could just as well decline here!

But now lets take a look at 15min chart and take a closer look at what is going on here: there is no POSSIBLE way that I can count this wave without wave 4 overlapping wave 1. Since this is a major violation of Elliott wave rules, this move is not an impulse wave.

I am getting March 11 to March 17 on gld and xauusd for the high in Gold, these are confirmed signals. Note that GLD has already gone above last September's high, this chart has been working quite well for the past couple of years.

It's beginning to look less and less that silver is an uptrend. There are no buyers. Buyers(speculatros) only come out when the price is high.
