Banks are doing poorly. All other cyclical sectors - Homebuilders, Small-caps, Transports, Energy, Materials, etc are doing very well today.

RUT came right up the key 1418 level and not able to punch through so far.
If it does recover and punch through, then would likely be first big warning shot across the bow to bears.

Do not gloss over the fact that tax day is Wednesday this week, and folks may be ready to raise cash for payments. It has happened before in April.
May be why market was down yesterday...it takes 2 days sometimes to settle the cash.
