Hahahaha Norway is mainly oil economy, which is basically rich output with little input. If Norway was not blessed with oil, it would be a fishing country. Comparing Sweden and Norway economies is worse example than comparing apples with oranges.
Is Saudi economy better than Italy? Not if you take oil out of the equation. It would be back to camels and dates.
