Mid range close and ADX indicator strongly suggesting trend exhaustion here...look for lower rates into next week.

Adrenaline junkies will hate this but...
In the late Terry Laundry’s Best Bond Strategy, he claimed remarkable success with a simple system of moving back and forth between junk bonds (like JNK) and treasury bonds (like TLT) as a conservative method of capital appreciation. It seems reasonable that comparing junk bonds to treasury bonds, one should be a better performer than the other and that’s the backbone of the Best Bond Strategy.
In bearish times treasuries are seen as a safe place to park money but as fear subsides, High yield corporate bonds do better.
Mr Laundry may have used a 50 week MA as a trigger as I had marked in late 2015.

Bonds won't recover until Congress passes the Stim-U-Pork deal... Mid March per Schumer.
For more enlightenment see TLT chart around 6/5/20 when the first bill was signed.

Fed stepped in separate from the stimulus deal to support bonds... Will likely do so here as well.

Well...since the bond market is declining (rates are rising) mainly due to the inflationary socialist check list that's been plowed into the "deal", let's hope it doesn't pass in it's present form. But being a realist, looking out my window and seeing pigs fly would be a better bet since it will be ramrodded through to the ignorance of the masses.

Looks like TLT might be targeting 133.
